All coaching packages include initial assessment, training and race plan through training peaks based on your goals, background, time commitments, strengths and weaknesses. Basic nutrition advice, swim and run analysis, and end of season exit meeting. Feedback and communication is pivotal for personal coaching. An initial questionnaire and meeting is required to find out all we can about you, your lifestyle, time commitment, and goals so that we can create a training plan that fits your lifestyle and allows you to be consistent and see gains through the plan.

Single Sport coaching - $100/mo
Triathlon Coaching - $225/mo
Swim or Run Analysis - $100
1:1 Workouts - $75/hour
Plan Consultation - $150 phone call or meeting to discuss a current plan or goal, whether self coached, coached by someone else, or following a plan. Detailed suggestions on how to improve your current plan or training - if this turns into a personalized coaching plan $100 credited to 1st month.
